It's strange because her surname is 'Hansson' and now I see that this Afro-European woman (picture below) also has the same surname too, and represented Miss Sweden in 2002.

She's pretty atypical, both her facial-features and coloring.
Her facial-features maybe even more so because there are a few rare Swedes with this colouring, but their features still look distinctively Scandinavian.

I don't this look is atypical or exotic in Sweden today. I know a Swedish guy in London for instance, who told me that his father is from Brazil and his mother is Swedish and he was born in Sweden. I've seen people in London saying they're Italian or Swiss, but they're African descent.

There's been so much immigration and mixing in Sweden, the Netherlands, Germany, the UK, the US, Canada, France, etc.

I noticed this page about black women representing different Miss European nations.

Miss America 2013 didn't look white either, nor did a mixed-looking Welsh woman who won a beauty pageant competition in the US.

It wouldn't surprise me if the next Miss Sweden will be wearing a hijab or a burka with the amount of arabic muslim immigrants there. :rolleyes:

This look is atypical for an ethnic Swede. There's a difference between Swedish citizenship/nationality, identifying with Swedish culture and being ethnically Swedish. You can choose to idenitfy as a Swede and if you're (relatively) lucky you can become a Swedish citizen, but you can never choose to be ethnically Swedish/Scandinavian.

Actually despite having probably the worst immigration politics in all of Europe and despite what some people say there's actually not alot of mixing in Sweden. At least compared to other mentioned countries.

Only the one with the dark blue and the one with the white dress have atypical non-Scandinavian looking looking facial features. The other two dark-haired girls can still pass as Scandos.

That's true there are alot of Swede-Finns.
Swedish/Norwegian/Danish shouldn't even count as mixing even in the most extreme narrowest sense though since they're the same people genetically and cluster together.
