Wikipedia says she's Pakistani. Her name is Muslim and her husband is Muslim too. Punjabi Indians are Sikhs, they don't have Husains.
Btw, she is probably one of the few light-skinned South Asians.

Errm no, there are plenty of light skinned( pale olive ) South asians, actually a lot but what makes them distinct is their South asian features. I know a lot of North Indians/pakistani girls and they are very light, trust me
