Probably not. Somalis are strict Muslims, Ethiopians are usually Christian or only moderately Muslim. So, she's likely Ethiopian.

You could be right but islamic radicalism in Somalia is more recent. There many Somalis in Italy since the end of WW II and I've never heard or read of strict muslims among them.

In some websites the family in the pic is described as a couple half Somali and half Belgian.
