IK, but, genetically they are.

Phenotypically, judging by the word, they should be purest of all Mongoloids but, I guess taxonomy is kinda' outdated.

South Koreans easily. Japanese have some horsey minority, Northern and western china has some central asian influence which brings some caucasian influences. Every Korean I have seen looks like a maxxed -out mongoloid version.
