North Atlantids, with pronounced Keltic strain on the first one. Second one leaning a bit more to regular Atlantid.

The correct classification is NorthAtlanid-Cromagnoid.

I heard from Robocop in pm, there s no such thing as North Atlantid + CM as the Cromag component is already integrated in the North Atlantid type.

1st North Atlantid/Keltic + Paleo Atlantid/Brunn- you could basically call it Kelto Troender
2nd Atlantid with minor Keltic
1st guy looks British isles, but passes in all Germanic countries as well, 2nd guy looks more exclusively British/Irish to me

Btw, he has aged badly as he has got older, but when younger he didn't look so strange:
