No. How hard is it to believe that Sami can look like this? The average Sami, in a recent study, showed that they came up 27% East/North Asian on average... This guy is clearly just one of the more pure ones. Sami are NOT white and anyone who thinks they are is delusional.

As someone who's met and seen a very large amount of Sami people I can tell you there is no Sami that looks like him phenotypically or pigmentation-wise, that there are people who think they do, to me, is ridiculous.
