I thought this was a fair question because of the following:
- Lebanese and Armenians are both "West Asian" but there is a Semitic look to Lebanese lacking in Armenians,
- Sicilians and Cypriots are both Mediterranean islanders, the only major difference being that Cypriots lack the 10-15% North Euro genetics in Sicilians.

Sicilians and Cypriots, notwithstanding that Northern/Central Euro types are a little more common in the former than in the latter. Armenians and Lebanese have different features much of the time.

Yes, this is true. Despite 10-15% North Euro not making a huge difference, it is evident when you compare to Cypriots that it does make somewhat of a difference. Though I think the vast majority of the population on both islands could be interchangeable.

Many Lebanese are of Armenian/Anatolian origin anyway and genetically they are very close, so I vote for Armenians-Lebanese.
