And you expected any major publisher to put out a book about race in the last 30 years without an anti-racist disclaimer??



PS. It's titled Race in Modern ENGLAND, not Europe. I must have been typing too fast.

I think you misunderstood me, i don't take all quotes literally, especially that one. I made that post more as a bookmark. Anyway... logic proves that we are not racists but fighting against it, so my interpretation was focused on the meaning of the quote which is where the irony lies.

I started to read 'Aesop' which was both interesting and funny, it looks like a good book and something that i would be interested in purchasing.

I also noticed the title "Race in Early Modern England" which is the first book I've seen with a title regarding race within a nation, looks good!
