As the youthful leader of Hungary's far-right Jobbik party arrived for an election rally, his followers gave him a welcome that had disturbing echoes of Europe in the 1940s.

Two ranks of Hungarian Guards, in paramilitary-style uniforms, snapped to attention as Gabor Vona marched past them. Party leaders saluted, and a red and white banner was raised - one that looked suspiciously similar to Hungary's old fascist emblem.

If you can't beat them you may as well join them. Why let the neighbours have all the fun and miss out?

Perhaps Serbian Nationalists need to start standing up for themselves and deal with the numerous enemies of Serbia who operate inside Serbia, for example B92, American NGO's + Soros operations, NWO business operations there, the many Serb traitor politicians etc.

One can't do much about what others (ie the neighbours) get up to but one can at least try to get one's own house in order.

Eugh. The article is full of vaguely threatening rhetoric with nothing more concrete than "eerie memories from the fascist past" to stick on the party. Also I found it ironic how the party's antisemitism is contrasted with it "trying to appear" European and modern - but don't we hear constantly how Europe, Europeans and European culture is very anti-semitic and how a modern antisemitism has formed in the last decades? Make up your minds, damn it!

Yeah, every time Axis-aligned countries are brought up, we always hear something about Jews at least once -- boooring. Yet we don't hear anything from the media about the USSR's reign of terror, Holodomor (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Holodomor) (a Jew was the primary architect of the Holodomor by the way), gulags, etc etc.

The thing in Serbia these days is that if you declare yourself as patriot and nationalist you are being accused for being fascist :rolleyes2:

All eastern European countries - including Serbia - have such extremist organizations, from what I could read. So what's the point in this discussion?

"Fascist" is an old fashioned communistic way to call all evil. :D

Indeed, those potheads put the fascist-cap on anything and everything right-wing. Apparently, even the anti-Stalinist socialist uprisers in 1956 Budapest were "fascist counter-revolutionaries". :lmao

What then? A southern country? Now I remember: you are a bunch of southern swarthies (with some Turkish admixture) squabbling with another bunch of Turkoid southern swarthies (Albanians) over some patch of land with funny name, something like Kosovo. Or was it Cocomo?

Your ignorance over some basic knowledge of Europe is breaking all boundries. The admixture is totally irrelevant, your stupidity is what counts. That is something kids are learning in third grade of elementary school :coffee:, yet you are playing smart ass about Europe. HA! Unbelievable! Serbia is central and southern country :wink

Please GTFO with the usual "swarthy southerners" BS from this thread, or receive some Hun arrows in the back.

Tolerance is a lie.
