Kostenki belonged to Y-DNA haplogroup C M130 which is the same as La Brana.

Yep. And the Kostenki DNA survey closed the debate about the early European Homo Sapiens, since they were proto-Cromagnoids with strong Australoid like traits based on their DNA.
