Quite a pronounced forehead in this example. I think that the upper lip gives indication of Continental German ancestry, in addition to the "smile wrinkle," which is a single line in this case.
Surname suggests German, with the "-man" ending of Henman.

He does look Kelto Germanic/ NW Germanic to me- if you take out that (coloured looking hair colour) he has also a Lance Armstrong vibe.
