To be honest i expect more fair people in East Anglia. for me, they are very similar. Except for 4 french. I try to find source, but seems that they have foreigner ancestry, but i ddin´t find yet.

East Anglia isn't the lightest region of England; I'd say Yorkshire is. After all, East Anglia had Saxons but not Vikings in large numbers, whereas Yorkshire had both in large numbers.

But if you come to this forum and claim that people in northern france are just as northern looking as those in east anglia you get cruxified by those internet warrior colonial supremacists.

I think most people here already know that Northern France is very comparable to England, except maybe a few here and there. There are certainly some spots in northern France that are more nordic than some of England.

East Anglia is where the early settlers of Boston, Maine, New Hampshire and Rhode Island came from. The New England accent at one point sounded like an East Anglia accent.
