In the US whites are treated as "oppressor/guilty" group; blacks are treated as "suppressed/innocent" group. This is due to liberalism, cultural marxism, and politickal correctness (PC-ism). However Mexicans/Mestizos/Hispanics are often put in either category, black/white, depending on the nature and type of crime. So sometimes mestizos are treated as the 'white' (oppressor/guilty) group, and other times as 'black' (suppressed/innocent) group.

Less that 50% caucasian is an indomestizo. frpom 10%-40% caucasian could be considered indomestizo.

Are you crazy? He is only 25% Russian, but what I say is that he can pass as white. Why not? He is caucasoid, with brown hair. Most Armenians are darker than him. Why do you hate him? I don't know what they are doing anymore. In other times they would say Hispanic male. I suppose this is probably due to the new "Hispanic is not a race" thing. But I don't think it is an accurate description because if an average person is looking for them they will look for a person with fair/white skin, but there are some that are as dark as the blacks in the page. Then again, South Asians and Arabs are also "white".
