In simple words it should tell you how much you match those 'ancient' samples with a standard setting of 0.5 cM which is the minimum setting.
I just saw it and thought ''let's be the first to share it here'' ;)

Looks like mine. I'd wish there was another way to measure this so that we can actually understand it much easier. Now we have to look chromosome by chromosome for the density of orange stripes...
Especially after some wine it's nearly impossible so I quit. Have a nice day people ! Peace out

The only difference that pops out to me is that I have more segments with the Hinxtons relatively to you.

This is pretty much like 23andme's ''countries of ancestry'' tool. The higher the CM, the more ''accurate''.

I think 2.0 cM is the sweet spot. I'm getting Ust-Ishim and NE5 (Hungarian Neolithic).

I think it becomes funny/interesting at 3cM at least because the differences between individuals become visible. 4cM should be the minimum to have meaningful matches and at 5cM most people don't get any match (I don't).

Try running it again at 5cM- it didn't always work first time for me either, at other settings too. My 1cM sometimes looked like my 2cM.

I've run all the archaic genomes with Eurogenes K13. Here's what I've noticed:
Mesolithic Europe is mostly North Atlantic and Baltic (around 45-50% each)
Neolithic Europe was overwhelmingly West Med (with percentages around 50-55%), East Med was also important (20-25%) and North Atlantic was also abundant (10-30%). A small amount of Red Sea also present (1-3%).
As we advance towards the Bronze Age the West Med and East Med begin to drop and in the Iron Age their drop is dramatic (8-12% for West Med, near 0% for East Med). North Atlantic starts rising however (around 50%) and Baltic also appears (20-30%). West Asian is also making its first appearance during this era (reaching even 10%). Some very small south central asian and african percentages also present.
So could the Indo-Europeans be a people predominantly North Atlantic, Baltic and West Asian? Meaning a people from West Asia mixed with paleolithic Europeans and "invaded" neolithic Europe?
