Bad place to live if you're an attention whore. It works for introverts though I guess. But the flowers alone are worth more than 20 compliments so maybe it's a quality > quantity type of thing. Some could say from this video that Latvian men aren't very eager to engage in conversation but I think it's rather because they just realize the chance of getting anywhere with a random woman off the street is slim, since most couples meet in normal and more "acceptable" settings like school, work, or party.

Good PR. I've actually used one of Madara's products, but I wouldn't buy it again. Didn't know it contained alcohol.

Anyway. Baltic people indeed are fairly introvert and are reserved in showing attention to the opposite sex. Especially in situations where it's inconvenient to start a conversation with a total stranger. But I don't think it makes Balts 'Nordic'. Northern European, maybe yes.
