I checked off many places because she has a diverse look. I even included France and Iberia, albeit not typical for those regions.

She have a very East Med look that would pass from Israel and Lebanon to Southern Italy, and maybe in inland middle eastern countries like Northern Iraq and Iran

I don't think she would easily pass (at least, not as typical) more west than Sicily and the rest of Southern Italy; but I don't think that she would easily pass in southern locations like Saudi Arabia, Southern Iraq, or Northern Africa, either.
