I thought with a name like Flanagan he would have recent Irish ancestry but apparently not. He comes from a long line of Londoners with no known Irish in him. There must have been an Irishman somewhere but it must be quite a ways back. He is mostly English.

Yes, seems Londoners can be very mixed. I thought my dad's family were just from London and were very Germanic, then his DNA showed up as closer to irish than my half-Irish mum's on Gedmatch, and now, tracing his family further into the 1800s, I'm finding Irish ancestors. Quite a surprise without a surname like Flanagan to act as a good indicator. He has black curly hair like Micky Flanagan.
