What percentage of the Europe components on gedmatch calculators (such as East, West Euro and Med) do you need to total to suggest all your ancestry is from Europe?


All Europeans get a little bit of other stuff but how much does it take to be impure?

U5b is that one, Basques have it so looks Western Paleo and the Saami look to be the main source for it in Finns, 10% carry it.

U5a is more Eastern in distribution but we have that also, more common in Estonians.

All Baltic Finns have extremely diverse MtDNA pool, they come from all over the world.
