I think it's a tricky question. Most likely video is filmed in one of the former Asian republics of the USSR. For example, Kyrgyzstan?

In Kyrgyzstan live 500,000 Russians, 30,000 Ukrainians, 10,000 Germans, some Tatars and other more minor etnic groups of Caucasoids (even Hungarians and Estonians could be found among them).

It's interesting fact that they live in Kyrgyzstan but use Russian to communicate.
PS: lol @ Kyrgyz saying "No, I don't understand you, bro. Talk in Russian"

I don't know the exact situation of those people but they don't have the whish to come back in their native country? Especially germans, i guess germany is clearly more developp than Kirgystan.

In 1991 there were 1 million Russians and 500,000 Germans, as one can see 3/4 of whites left this land. But it's very difficult to get even a tour visa to Europe there, not to mention an immigration.

For instance Denis Wolf (half-German, half-Russian) was born in Kyrgyzstan:

Same with Vitaly Klitchko (Ukrainian politician):

I know a story about French NATO pilots which divorced with their wives and married Russian girls from Kyrgyzstan instead  (there was a NATO base in Bishkek).

Why wouldn't they speak Russian if Bishkek was founded by Russians and Slavs + Germans were always ethnic majority in Northern Kyrgyzstan?
