Outside the Levant itself, where does this Lebanese man pass?

I ask because I showed him to a South Asian friend of mine, and he said he passes reasonably well in Pakistan but not really India. (Yes I know that Middle Easterners usually hate being compared to South Asians, but there is overlap whether they like it or not). Anyway, which countries or regions beyond the Levant itself can he pass in? To me he looks very classically Levantine, inasmuch as one can generalise about these things.
