Demographic statistics of Kosovo, 19th century

Does anyone have any statistics in regards to the ethnic breakdown of Kosovo during this period? Just like Kanchov and other provided statistics for Macedonia, village by village. There are statistics by Gopcevic however I am not sure that they are very reliable, and it tends to classify Albanians as "Muslim Serbs"

Haven't seen anything like that. Would be good to have a look at though.
