No. I think they look decisively like Indians.

But many PRs and Dominicans can look brown-skinned without necessarily showing SSA features.

Not really Dominicans.
Most of them look blatantly "African" in one way or another.

The one who I think does look pseudo-mulatta is the girl on the right. I agree that the other two don't really.
