From Star Trek the Motion Picture. The opening scene, where V'ger encounters and p0wns a squadron of three Klingon D7 Ktingas. This is one area in which Star Trek rules Star Wars, cooler ship designs. The opening crawl with the D7s combined with the music = perfect. The first minute or so of this clip was the high point of the movie for me, but the rest is pretty good too- the Klingons simply fire on V'ger (as they usually do on when encountering an unknown party, diplomacy isn't there forte) and are, well, evaporated I guess.

From Excalibur. Arthur and his surviving knights ride out to whoop Mordred's ass at Camlann (or Badon Hill?).

From Empire Strikes Back. Star Destroyers and the Executor Super Star Destroyer and the Imperial March!

From The Unforgiven. The last scene. "Deserve's got nothin to do with it."

Not a movie clip, but a cutscene from Dragon Age: Origins. King Cailan and Warden-Commander Duncan lead the forces of Ferelden against the darkspawn at the ruined fortress of Ostagar.

Another cutscene from, the opening to Starcraft: Brood War. A bit old but still awesome.

The film Excalibur is a classic from beginning to end, but my favourite scene is Merlin giving Uther the key to Tintagel Castle.

I personally think it is an amazing scene because I have stood on the cliffs of Tintagel and seen the crashing, unforgiving sea which batters the walls of King Arthur's birthplace. I have walked down the slippery steps and drank the meagre refreshment of the waterfall, and have stood in Merlin's Cave as the waves have got closer, and closer and closer, till the crashing of the waves has driven you back to the safety of the beach; of which that is only temporary because of the very fast encroaching tide.

...

To see Uther cross this on 'dragons breath' was simply awe inspiring as a child when first watching it.

After this anti-Semitic, drunk arsehole gives this speech about how the Scottish can cry about being beaten like the bitches they are, but still hold their manhoods separate from their womenfolk...even I would fight under the banner of Murray ;)

Good speech nonetheless.

What I'd give to transplant just one of those men and their enthusiasm in exchange for the foppish, WN arseholes which stink out English (and all Nationalism in Europe) nationalism, and cry out for their mother's arsehole...

England and Britainland would not be overrun by the arseholes it is today, that's for sure.

This one is just an example of the stuff my Dad always built me up on.

Life is a CUNT. Then you learn how to fuck it...hard!

Not an epic scene as such, but yet the whole film is fucking epic. This whole film signalled the buzz of a disenfranchised generation that simply... didn't... fucking... care.

Choose life.

Gladiator. Russell Crowe. Me starring as a Germanic warrior.

Do I need say anymore for how epic this scene is?

Yes I do. Look closely and you'll see a Germanic warrior lose a boot on the big charge. That warrior was me. ;)

I remember seeing this movie in an English class in 2004. Clearly the highlight of that movie... it sums up Western decadence perfectly I think.

From the 80s Transformers movie. To the tune of cheesy 80s rock, Optimus disposes of about 10 Decepticons in around 30 seconds via vehicular homicide and lots of blasts from his rifle. Then he beats the shit out of Megatron, who, of course, can only win via cheating.
