I知 looking to get back into some cardio (what with health problems I致e let it slip) I知 not ready or confident yet to get back on the road so I知 wondering about jogging on the spot and its effectiveness perhaps combined with star jumps and burpees as a way of starting to get back into aerobic exercise and toughen up the leg muscles.
Opinions?
Lol, be a man.

Jump rope, stationary bicycling, jumping jacks, mountain climbers, pretty much anything that elevates your heart rate will help.

I'm pretty sure jogging in place does little to nothing.
Yeah, don't be a pussy, lift heavy metal.

Cardio is not everything. Man needs regular adrenalin shake ups to be centered. Try pushups as many as you can in two sets and shadow boxing, also as long as you can twice. The adrenalin will ground and center things.

It's what you think about doing when you spot a pub next to bakery. :D

If I ever win the lottery I am building a pub with a special bar to get a Greggs with your pint.

Start with push-ups & sit-ups.
