The girl looks very iranian yes. I dont know why such mixes tend to make them look like people who are thousands of miles away. It could be that the Amerindians themselves are not like the ones living in east asia like the chinese or japanese, and their looks mixing with the Iberians gives them this levantine or west asian look. Levantine/Mexican mix couples always tend to make their children passing in both worlds easily, and its not like when you mix with Africans or east-asians.
