I don't know why they are so dark. I've not found any pictures of their mother, but her name (Nelly) is not really Russian, so she may be of Jewish descent or what not.

Maybe theyre Kavkazians? I have a similar eye area to the first one, but then again I do have Slavic blood so it could be from that.

Id classify the first as Pontid maybe?

His dad was born in Rostov region, south Russia. Surname sounds Ukrainian

Except the curly hair for the first one, I don't think nothing odd about them.
They are just on the darker spectrum for Russians.
Russians vary a lot in pigmentation.

Looks almost Gypsy. Father looks Med with green eyes, passable as Russian. Mother must have been non-Russian...

Surname is Ukrainian. Looks almost mulatto in some pics, and looks like an Azeri in others. 100% wog.
