Genetically speaking, yeah. Palestinian Muslims are the only Levantine group that has genetic affinity to the ancient Egyptians due to admixture from the Egyptians back in the day which is why Palestinian Christians don't have any genetic affinity.

Looks very Slavic Balkanite. He can also pass in Romania as well.
