Asturias is mainly a Celtic area, like Brittany in France? Also I believe a Celtic language is spoken there too.

Yes, Asturias, and two thirds of the Spanish territory were heavily settled by celts in the past (and nowadays all Spaniards have Celtic admixture), but there is not any surviving celtic language in Northern Spain. There is an Asturian dialect (bable), but this Asturian dialect is not more than another Latin Language that belong to the Ibero-Romance family, and is very related to Castilian (known abroad as Spanish) and Galician.

I know that Celtic was a culture, not a race, but I mean that all Spaniards (even those from the Mediterranean regions) have admixture from culturally Celtic people that inhabited two thirds of the Iberian Peninsula. And this is due to the big interchanges of population between the different Iberian regions that took place during all Spanish history. Spain and Portugal are racially very homogeneous, and light Iberians with very similar features to this girl can be found through all Spain and Portugal (including in regions like Valencia, Catalonia, Baleares, Andalusia, Extremadura, Canary Islands, or Algarve (southern Portugal).
