Horners are up to 70% Caucasoid. Caucasoid isn't always the same as European though. African-Americans range but the average European (specifically) admixture is about 30% from memory. There's lots of threads on the subject. I agree though, from the small picture, he might be a lot less European admixed (which is why I specified he may be descended from more recent African immigrants).
