He has face of western Balkanite, could pass extremly well there anywhere from Albania to Croatia.

I woulod think he is Bosniak in Croatia. Bosniaks are most dinaricized SW Slavic group with many light Norids who can resemble Gheg Albanians.
I saw such exact face among Bosniaks quite a few times.

Indeed, I think he may be a bit brown to pass in Delta Egypt, better fit in Northern Sudan.

It's Hoxha not Hohha.

Xh is pronunced like J John.
