Teesside's most prolific shoplifters to receive Christmas cards from Cleveland Police
Teesside's most prolific shoplifters will soon be receiving Christmas cards from local constabulary.
Cleveland Police officers are sending out 100 cards today to the most prolific offenders in the hopes of deterring them from committing crimes over the festive season.
The top 100 shoplifters who have been identified are known to be particularly active during Christmas.
