I don't know, it's a weird question, but I'd say equidistant from both since neither is close. In fact Greeks look like Italians a lot.

Depends wich part of the countries, Northen Greece should have some similarity, also some parts of Italy can have similarities with Adriatic region of Balkans, but South Slavs have their own look generally.

I think that Apulia, Abruzzo, Albania, and part of mainland Greece are fairly similar.
