Wanting to go to Belfast

I signed up on this forum because i need advice-im leaving rather quickly- on going to Belfast.
My main questions are regarding how to get a job and a place to sleep until i have gathered some money. I have different skills,have done many jobs.
I would like an apartment block, (to rent,rather than rent a house), so thats relevant when picking to which zone of the city to go to.

eh I aint the guy to talk to. Not sure about work in Ireland. Novella and Grace O'Malley are Irish maybe they can answer this question.

Why Belfast?
I basically wanted to go to UK,because i deem the living conditions and such better than in here, but i dont like any of the other cultures as i like the celtic one. Also Belfast is cheaper than London and Dublin,i recall.

Belfast is an amazing town. I'd love to go back again.

I only have a basic idea of it myself.
