All of the Romanian MEPs can pass as Bulgarians, even as a group.

I usually find the Bulgar folks are a bit more, shall we say, 'Ottoman influenced' in slight ways and doings...

The Romanians are a bit darker but they look alike, I couldn't distinguish them. As a group more like Greeks than Ukrainians.

All those Romanians can pass as Bulgarians, Bulgarians and Romanians are a lot more related than many think.
