Good afternoon folks. I found this forum while doing some research on racial taxonomy. It's one of my not-so-politically-correct side interests. I thought I would sign up and take a look around to get a better idea of the forum. I'm from the West Coast, by the way, and I'm currently studying law.

Besides intellectual inquiry, I spend a great deal of time outdoors - hunting, camping and so on.

Thank you, Jackson. It's very cool that you know about your 1/32 Scottish ancestry and 2/32 Welsh ancestry. That must have taken a lot of work - I find it far too time-consuming tracing genealogical records.

Yeah, it wasn't too hard actually to sort out the Welsh ancestry (I had nothing to do with it though :P), although the Scottish ancestry is more of a mystery. All we have to go on is someone who was listed born in 'Scotland' and a family rumour. The rumour has it that he was from one of the Islands but i have no idea if that is true or a myth.

But yes, genaeology is very enjoyable and rewarding if you have the time!
