As far as i understand both Caucasian and EEF reffers to Neolithic invaders, Western Euros tend to have EEF to Caucasian ration 1,5:1, while Eastern 1:2,5.

Yes but in both cases the calculators will use a reference population to determine quantities; in this case it's obvious they're using a different one under the same name.
