3x per day, except on days I am too depressed to get out of bed, then twice per day but usually those will both be at night (once around usually 6 when I eat, then before bed).

Usually twice a day. But it happens that I'm too dizzy, drunk or tired at night and kind of forget it, then it's just once (in the morning). ;)

Nope. But they are extremely White. Haven't had a cavity in years, and naturally straight teeth. Hell, I don't even have to have my wisdom teeth taken out according to my dentist.

Twice a day...not more, not less. Its unhealthy for the teeth if you brush them too much. Same rule goes for face skin.

2 or 3 times per day. As a kid I avoided brushing mny teeth and had serious problems later. Now when teeth are finally in great condition, I never miss to brush them, especially before bed. I'm obsessed now.

People, do brush your teeth ! Many have no idea how paintfull it is to treat deeply rotten teeth, clean the root canal and other terrible stuff.......just brush them. :D

Infections in your gum goes straight to the brain as well and can lead to alzheimer I believe.

3 times per day. One in the morning, one after lunch and one at night.
If I'm very tired and/or dizzy, I skip the night one, but rarely .

Wow, you guys are good! I have dental envy. ;)

But I also floss regularly and always use a fluoride rinse post brushing. :D

True. Sometimes tooth infection can even be fatal, but that is rare.
I think ideal is to brush teeth after every meal, and visit the dentist every 6 months for regular check ups.

You shouldn't envy (me, at least)
No matter how often I brush, and even though my teeth are very clean and naturally white (A1+A2 teeth color), they are extremely sensitive , so are my gums. I have given many salaries to dentists :(

Twice a day is good enough and also to use plackers

I'm sure you already tried this but if not, some of the 'ultra soft' line of brushes can be very helpful for sensitive teeth and gums. I use the Sonicare ultra-soft myself.

I brush my tongue. I don't brush my teeth. Brushing your teeth is actually bad for you. I learned that from British propaganda as a youngster. I regularly floss and mouthwash.

Already do. And gum-oriented toothpaste, plus gum-oriented mouthwash as well.
I'm hopeless on that. Dentist thinks I'm his best friend

Brushing your teeth is not enough, flossing and avoiding processed foods that unbalance the PH in your mouth is as important.

And those who brush their teeth right after meals, or too often may be destroying their teeth enamel.

Brushing your teeth too soon after meals can seriously damage them, warn dentists
Brushing within 20 minutes can corrode teeth
Drives corrosive acids 'deep into teeth, dentists warn
Waiting an hour can protect teeth
