I came across this interesting series of videos last week produced by Peak Moments TV, an outfit in the PNW iirc. Depending on your take on things, some vids are more interesting than others. But in terms of issues pertaining to backyard gardening, food security and sustainability issues, I thought this to be a good vid with an interview of a man who is thoughtful about the process.
