Western Sicily have more hooked noses and other Semitic influences. My side from Messina they are very gracile with straight noses like an ancient Greek statue, and a classical sort of look. My Palermitan side, while significantly lighter in coloring, has a lot of hooked noses and "bug eyes" as we call them here and look kind of like stereotype Jews.
