They do have some resemblance in the eyes/brow and nose structure.

Its pretty normal for Obama to look very far off from this man,considering dark genes especially african are always dominant and will always make up majority of the appearance if mixed with something lighter.

No it isn't but Kearney definitely is. They were Protestants from Co. Offaly so I don't know if they were Irish who converted or have some English ancestry.
