19 December 2014 | 14:45 | FOCUS News Agency

Skopje. Russian President Vladimir Putin pointed Macedonia and Greece as an alternative of Bulgaria for the new gas pipeline project in Europe, reported the Macedonian electronic edition Libertas. The edition further reminds out that not long ago Russia had given up South Stream which was supposed to pass through Black Sea. The new route of the pipeline will pass under Black Sea through Turkey.

I believe China is the alternative. Europe will lose the LNG resources and that is not a wise EU decision in long run.

For the moment, the Russians are losing...

...Because Europe is a more lucrative market than China. Europeans pay more for oil and gas. Putin had to lower the prices to get the deal with China.

They may not make as much as before but definitely they are still making money. There is no winner in this case, Europe is losing the Russian market, Russia is losing the European market. China as it happened will benefit as it usually does making the world dependent.

Europe is certainly not benefiting from this ordeal (which was set up by the Yankees anyway) but rules are rules.

The new world gravity shifts towards China and India. Their potential is huge in population, resources and money moving the business from Europe and North America into those countries.
