Like Greeks they are a mixture of Dinarid, Alpine, and Mediterranean.

Mostly small med, other have alpinid and dinarid strain other have some east med influence.

Also they fit primarily, as one would expect, in Calabria, southern Greece and Crete.

In my view Apulians have a Balkan sort of vibe, kind of Albanian and Epirote and are more Dinarid.
