I believe she is a proto East Baltic/Karelian type, an evolutionary relic. She fits the type we know from archaelogy pretty darn well.

Yeah, but I'm serious, she fits type you read from archy records time and time again. Flattened upper facial profile contrasting with sharply protruding mid-facial profile, with convex nose.

I think the modern common Baltid type is mostly just sexual selection, just like with blondism. There were lot of hardcore bandits around the Baltics back in the day, and when boys came back from their lil trips, there was a lot to choose from, and boys picked the cuter girls. I mean all that: small nose is cold adaption, is just crap, who fuck believes that shit?

I think this impression is partly due to her age, ie age has narrowed her lips etc, plus the brow ridge looks rather extreme in the statue.
