First one looks mostly Chibcha. Second one looks KN with an odd (possibly Amerindian) nose.
EDIT: After having seen some more photos of Botero, he looks West Baltid rather than KN.

SECOND EDIT: Though in other photos he does look more KN, though still with a pseudo-Slavic element. In short, he looks like a Western-Eastern European hybrid.

I really dont see much mestizo in him, he looks more purely Indian.

1. Nairo Quintana: Indo-Mestizo. I don't think he looks full Amerindian. He resembles more to a Native Peruvian/Bolivian (Quechua) rather than a Native Colombian (Muisca), which is weird considering that the region where he was born (Boyacá) was inhabited by Muiscas. And they were not Andid but some kind of Centralid type. He probably has some tiny European influence.

2. Santiago Botero: North Atlantid + CM.

I think you mean Muisca, Chibcha is rather a linguistic group, while Muisca refers to the Amerindian group who inhabited central-eastern part of Colombia (departments of Cundinamarca, Boyacá and south of Santander), however, Nairo doesn't look like a Muisca (Centralid?) to me, he looks more like a Peruvian or Bolivian Amerindian (Andid).
