Hmm, hard to say, but i think he's armenoid and anatolid. He was the last true shah of Iran before he was overthrown by that puppet just to secure America's interests in the middle east.

He is not Arabid at all, he would not pass as Bedouin/Arabian, he looks well what he is North Iranian. Armenoid-Iranid mostly.
