I know that Greek Gypsies bought some Bulgarian Gypsies... But you consider this "adoption". I wonder why Bulgarian Gypsies never adopt Greek Gypsies...

it was a informal adoption but still not legal, they didnt had the papers i dont know if they "bought" them. europeans were easy to classify the gypsies that they stole the kid from a european, medieval thinking that gypsies do that, when europeans stole gypsy children like the nazis to experiment on them or reduducate them they did the same to austrlianas also thats far from what is in the movie
