Guess looks Scottish or Irish, in my opinion.
He reminds me of the Scottish actor Tommy Flanagan without all of the scars.

I think southern East Europe, but not Greek, becouse in general Greeks have bigger eyes with the external side lower. I don't think neither that you are Italian, I see something southern slavic in you, so I go for Bulgaria or Balcans too. Tan skin makes me think of a southern country.
But as you have written to belong to the EU I go a bit confused....
