Whether they are higher or stronger generally speaking is not as important as whether they go forward if looking at them from the side, profile. Because that constitutes a really "flatter face" which is a strictly Mongolid trait and not seen even in very Cromagnid faces to the same degree.

I have not seen a proper profile shot of him and dont have it in mind though.

Going after this shot he doesnt have it in a way significant enough for real Mongolid admixture:

That eye area, however doesn't have epicanthic fold, still looks quite eastern(mild + canthal tilit). It's seen as progressive eastern type instead. Mongoloid eyes can turn somehow into nordid and med if the genes were chosen correctly for that during generations.
