They do look alike actually! That guy is called Sting and he's a very talented singer, a multi-musician, and a former school teacher, who's won lots of music awards and is in the rock n' roll hall of fame and has his own Hollywood Star of Fame. He's from England too.

I've just read that the guys in this band had millions of female fans screaming after them in the UK and Australia and that the bass player, (Craig Logan from Scotland) left the band and is a successful music manager for people like Pink!
