Women with hair that light don't exist in France.
Nordid + Baltid and lighter pigmented than average.

Her hair is most likely dyed.
Recently in a metal concert I saw a reporter that had the same hair color and was not dyed (eyebrows were white blond too ^^).
Even very rare I guess it must exist in northern Europe.

Such white-ish hair is called Belokuriy in Russian, it's uncommon but makes about 2% as far as i remember from studies on Russians.

Ok, I did not remember seeing such color when I stayed in Russia (1 week in Moscow and 1 week in St-Petersburg).
Anyway it's a quite stunning hair color to see when not used to it .

where does her piercing blue eye colour come from?

Baltid or East Nordid?

Most Northeastern Euros are that hair color though (hard to find in west-europe)

Medium wide face. Light pigmentation. Hair can be dark blonde, if her is not painted..
Nose: Baltid component
Jaw narrow: Suitable for Nordid component

In my opinion for 1 photo, she baltid with Nordid influence.

I have seen platinum blond dood a few days ago in supermarket. He was so fugly tho. I even wanted to take photo of him and make a troll thread about superior blondism. But i could not find any good moment to take a photo. It would be too much if i was caught doing this

Even if her hair is dyed, it looks good on her.
